I think Maheeda went too far by posting a pic of one of her male fans masturbating to her photo. It was a pic of a man holding his penis with Maheeda's nude pics opened on his computer. Instagram deleted her page @MaheedaNigeeria because she violated the site's policy on explicit photos.

CHRIS GETS BAIL..

 Chris Brown isn't out of the clear yet but his legal team is working magic to make his troubles disappear. What was originally a felony charge has now become a misdemeanor, most likely through lawyer mumbo jumbo talk.

An altercation did in fact take place take place but will anyone be held accountable is another story in its entirety.

The charges against singer Chris Brown and his bodyguard stemming from a weekend fight were reduced to simple assault misdemeanors Monday.
The two men, who had spent the previous 36 hours in a Washington jail, entered a packed courtroom in leg irons and handcuffs, but at the end they were unshackled and released without bail Monday afternoon.
Brown, 24, was ordered to report to his California probation officer within 48 hours and to stay at least 100 yards away from the man he is accused of assaulting early Sunday. Both men must return to court on November 24.
"Christopher Brown committed no crime," his attorney Danny Onorato told reporters after the hearing. "We understand that his security acted to protect Mr. Brown and his property, as he is authorized to do under District of Columbia law. We are confident that Mr. Brown will be exonerated of any wrongdoing."
TMZ had reported earlier that the the L.A. County Probation Department had begun measures to see if Brown was in clear violation of his probation but with the teflon already started to form, it may be a waste of time and resources.

3:45 PM PDT:  TMZ has just obtained witness statements, some of which conflict.  Chris DENIES punching the victim.  According to Chris' statement, he claims he was on his tour bus when the victim tried getting on and his bodyguard "handled it."

The victim says he was trying to get a pic with Chris and Brown allegedly said, "I ain't down wit that gay s**t."  The victim told cops he responded by saying, "Why you hoing?"  Chris then said, "I feel like  boxing."  The victim says Chris then threw the punch and the victim says he then squared off with Chris and then the bodyguard also hit the victim in the face.  

According to the victim, after the bodyguard punched him, Chris got BEHIND the bodyguard and screamed, "Yeah, walk away."

The police say the victim was treated for a fractured nasal bone.

CHRIS GOES TO JAIL FOR PUNCHING A MAN AND BREAKING HIS NOSE...

 Chris Brown was arrested in Washington D.C. this morning for FELONY assault after allegedly attacking a man outside a hotel .  Before the incident, Chris had been hosting a party at the nearby Park and 14th nightclub.

Law enforcement sources said at around 4:30 AM Brown got into an argument with a man outside the W Hotel on K Street and allegedly punched him once in the face.  We're told the alleged victim never threw a punch.  

The alleged victim said he and a friend were hanging out at the W when they saw 2 women about to take a picture with Brown.  The victim -- who says he's not a Chris Brown fan -- says he and his buddy photo bombed the 2 women and Chris went nuts, punching him in the face and BREAKING HIS

NOSE.  He went to the hospital and says he may need surgery as early as tomorrow.  

Law enforcement sources and the alleged victim tell said before striking the man, Chris said, "I'm not into this gay s**t, I'm into boxing."  After Chris punched the man, the fight was taken to the ground.


Sources connected with Chris said the alleged victim is full of BS. He was NOT trying to take a pic with Chris he was trying to get on Chris' tour bus, and Brown was simply trying to stop a trespass.  The sources say before the incident the 2 girls tried to get on the bus but they were stopped, and that's when the victim and his friend made their move.

Law enforcement sources say Chris did not appear to be under the influence of anything.

Chris and his bodyguard -- who was also arrested -- will stay in jail today.  Under DC law Brown can't get bail so he'll appear before a magistrate Monday, and until then he'll stay behind bars.  

The alleged victim said he doesn't understand why Brown was "so homophobic" to hurl such a slur.  And get this. the victim says he would have accepted an apology at the scene, but now he will absolutely press charges -- and he's already hired a lawyer.

Brown is still on probation in the Rihanna beating case and this could be grounds for violating his probation -- which means he could be sentenced to prison for nearly 4 years ... worst case scenario though.

RIHANNA KICKED OUT OF MOSQUE IN ABU DHABI FOR TAKING PHOTOS.......

Rihanna clearly has a finely tuned disregard for chill, and common sense. The Bajan Pop singer thought it would be a good idea to have a makeshift photo shoot at a mosque in Abu Dhabi. The Daily Mail reports:

 Staff at Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque say they asked the singer to leave the compound after her actions were considered to be at odds with the 'sanctity' of the site. Photos posted on her Instagram account at the weekend show the 25-year-old posing on white marble wearing a head-to-toe hooded black jumpsuit.

By Rihanna standards, the clothing she was wearing--she was fully covered and dressed in black--was tame. However, it was a mosque, in Abu Dabi. And the "Pour It Up" singer definitely wasn't supposed to be snapping flicks.

The mosque, which is the largest in the UAE and can hold more than 40,000 people, released a statement, and although it does not name Rhianna, it refers to a 'recent incident, involving a singer.' 'In the event of behaviour that violates the moral codes of access to the mosque, or other visit regulations – such as taking inappropriate pictures, posing in ways that are improper in the context of sacred place, talking loudly, or eating – the violators are directed in a polite manner that reflects the civilisational and tolerant attributes of Islam,' the statement read. 'Here, the Centre refers to a recent incident, involving a singer who came for a private visit to the mosque, at a gate that is not reserved for visitors, without prior coordination with the Centre's management and without identifying herself,' it said reported The National. It said the singer 'left without entering the mosque, after being asked to do so, due to the fact that she had taken some pictures that do not conform with the conditions and regulations put in place by the Centre's management to regulate visits in a way that takes the status and sanctity of the mosque into considerations.

KANYE WEST BRINGS OUT JESUS LIVE ON STAGE...........

Lol This some attitude, trust Kanye for this, seems like blasphemy, but its all entertainment, at least he didn't make offensive or blaspheme comments. Kanye West kicked off his 'Yeezus' tour in Seattle, WA on Saturday and as always, left people talking. The show, which reportedly started two hours late due to an equipment truck being stolen, lasted two hours. Ye' performed material from his six-album discography, including live debuts of "Yeezus" cuts ("Hold My Liquor," "I'm In It" and "Guilt Trip"), according to Consequence of Sound. But what has the Internet stunned is the stage production (which included a giant mountain top), merchandise (t-shirts with skulls and confederate flags printed on them), and Kanye West's guest, a Jesus Christ look-alike. 

The actor dressed as Jesus walked on stage before 'Ye performed his College Dropout hit, "Jesus Walks." "White Jesus, is that you?… Oh, shit!," he said jokingly, according to MTV News. Ye', alongside a group of women back-up dancers dressed in white, later bowed to the Jesus look-alike as he stood on the mountain top. Before Kanye hit the stage, Kendrick Lamar performed a nine-song set which included songs off his "good kid, m.a.a.d. city" album. Hopefully, the peace and mutual respect between the two rappers will last. With Oscar, Grammy, Emmy, Golden Globe nominations and wins, and just all-around poise and grace, Queen Latifah has cemented her place in Hollywood and has earned the respect of A-List heavy hitters. Timbaland's Wife files for divorce after 5 Years Of Marriage

Music producer Timbaland's wife of five years Monique Mosley has filed for divorce after five years of marriage. Monique, in her divorce document obtained by TMZ, is asking for child support for Reign, their five year old daughter and also for her 10 year old son from a previous relationship.

Asides the child support, Monique is also asking for alimony, life insurance, private school for the kids, vacations, summer camp and other expenses, her legal fees inclusive.

Monique who in her court document said she had to borrow money from a friend to pay her lawyer is also seeking for "rehabilitative alimony" and permanent alimony in addition to funds while divorce proceedings continue.

Timbaland has a net-worth estimated at $80million according to the website Celebrity Networth.

So we hope he foots all these bills Lol.

Kim Kardashian's engagement ring from ex-husband Kris Humphries has been sold at auction for $620, 000. The ring which Kim paid for herself, but weirdly returned to Kris after she broke up with him was sold today Tuesday October 15th at a Christie's auction in NYC, Us Weekly reports.

The unknown buyer bought the Lorraine Schwartz creation, which features a 16.21-carat center diamond and two 1.8-carat side diamonds for a total of $749,000, which is plus tax.

The amount is a significant drop from the ring's initial reported worth of $2 million. 

"Kim has been waiting for the day he would auction it. Everyone always asked what Kim did with the ring - she silently gave it back over a year ago! And Kris waited until the divorce was final to sell it." a source told Us Weekly

"The ring is definitely not worth $2 million, not even half of that," sniffs the source. Indeed, Kardashian, not Humphries, initially paid for the ring herself.

Jay Z jumped on a commuter train in London on Saturday en route to his concert at the O2 Arena.

Along for the ride were Cold-play front man Chris Martin and Timbaland, who later both joined the rapper onstage for a performance of “Heart of the City” . His manager Ty Ty and Atlanta Records executive Michael Kyser were also with the group. 

Numerous people on the underground — or the Tube as it’s known – snapped photos of the famous musicians, who seemed to have enjoyed the experience.
